Featuring HC Early Career Fellow Rachel Mulvaney (BA ’26)
Rachel Mulvaney (BA ’26) is using her 2026 Early Career Humanitarian Collaborative Fellowship to support her work with Leadership Mission International (LMI), an organization dedicated to developing the next generation of women leaders in Honduras. Next year, she will serve as a fellow with LMI on a mountain farm in Honduras. Through its two-year residential program, LMI brings together women from surrounding communities for coursework in English, leadership, community development, and business. As a fellow, Rachel will teach English and support students in their academic growth. Rachel looks forward to gaining a close-up understanding of how community-based education and leadership development can expand opportunity for women, while building meaningful relationships, deepening her cultural fluency, and expanding her understanding of Latin American development.
The Humanitarian Collaborative will share Rachel’s updates next year.
