Celebrating Promising Changes for Refugees on World Refugee Day

To mark this year’s World Refugee Day, the Humanitarian Collaborative co-published a blog with Amna, a refugee-founded and refugee-led organization. With escalating conflicts, climate crises, and economic instability amid significant cuts in humanitarian aid, the situation for refugees is increasingly dire, and they face unprecedented challenges. Amna has prioritized the creation and funding of psychosocial programs aimed at enhancing the well-being of refugee families. Its Community Partnership Program (CPP) works to strengthen grassroots organizations and enable them to deliver trauma- and identity-informed psychosocial programming across Lebanon and Jordan through local organizations. The Humanitarian Collaborative evaluated this program across ten local organizations. Read more about initial findings from the evaluation HERE.
